HEALTHY CLASSIC VINAIGRETTE

2 tablespoons Fontana FORMIELLO Organic White Wine Vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup of Coppola Colline Salernitane PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pepper, to taste
1 minced shallot
Whisk the white wine vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in the olive oil and add the shallot.
Drizzle on mixed greens, steamed or boiled vegetables, such as greens beans, asparagus, broccoli, or potatoes.
